Information held on ICN records is for the purpose of expanding local business, industry development and matching to opportunities. The information is applied where ICN believes it has potential to benefit an organisation.

On request, an organisation or individual will be provided with details of those records which contain their personal information. The organisation or individual can alter those records if the personal information is inaccurate, or request that the records be removed.

There is no personally sensitive information held by ICN.

Information collected

ICN will not make an attempt to identify users or their browsing activities. However, in the unlikely event of an investigation, a law enforcement agency or other government agency may exercise its legal authority to inspect our Internet Service Provider logs.

Use of information collected

We will only record your e-mail address if you send ICN an email message or forward it during the registration process.Your e-mail address will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and it will not be added to a mailing list or used for any other purpose without your consent. Information collected by ICN from you may be used to match your requirements with other suppliers and buyers.
